Joakim Huth | Chairman
Joakim has about 28 years of experience from the financial industry. He is, among other things, a certified investment advisor and is Swedsec licensed. He is the owner and co-owner of several companies and is one of the founders & partners in the Investerum group. Joakim is the chairman of the board of Investerum Holding AB and also serves as a board member of Investerum Asset Management. He is the chairman of Investerum’s Investment Committee. He was a member of Danske Capital’s Advisory Board from 2005 to 2019.
Krister Huth | Board member
Krister Huth is one of the founders of the Investerum group. Previously, he was active as CEO. Krister has over 20 years of experience from the insurance and finance industry in various positions, as well as board member assignments. Krister is educated as a market economist from IHM Business School and also holds a SwedSec license. Other board assignments include, among others, Investerum AB.
Charlotte Pantzar Huth | Board member
Charlotte has a background in sales, media and marketing communication as well as experience in wealth management. In addition, Charlotte has an MBA degree from SBS, Stockholm University. She is a major shareholder and board member of NGS Group (publ) listed on Nasdaq. Charlotte has also worked as a marketing manager at NGS for a 10-year period and is a member of the boards of NGS Group’s other subsidiaries. Charlotte is also dedicated to sustainability issues within NGS Group.
Richard Pantzar | Board member
Richard Pantzar is the CEO of Orvaus AB, which is the largest owner of OEM International AB. Orvaus also conducts investment activities in the Swedish real estate market. He has a master’s degree in Business Administration from Lynn University in Florida. Other board member assignments include, among others, Centrumfastigheter in Norrtälje AB (board member).
Sten Olofsson | Board alternate
Sten has a background as an accountant. His assignments have included both financial companies (insurance companies, banks and securities companies), listed companies, state-owned companies and family businesses. Through his work with financial and listed companies, Sten is well versed in the IFRS/LAS framework and other issues regarding financial reporting. Some examples of assignments where Sten has been an auditor: Carnegie Asset Management Sweden AB, Naventi Funds AB, Sparbanken Gotland and Länsförsäkringar.
